These are PCBs that were clear boards that needed to be populated with all components purchased separately. This is to showcase some of the technical PCB population work I have done. The large PCB interfaces with several electronic components and has ~100 onboard components that need to be soldered on. A majority of the resistors, capacitors, and other small metal components, I was able to coat the pads with flux and place the components on top before putting them in the reflow oven. Since it was difficult to place metal tape over the plastic components, a majority of the connectors had to undergo SMT Soldering due to the components' liking to melt in the oven, which allowed me to practice and improve my hand soldering on fine scaled components.
